The hotel's charming and elegant decor made me feel like I was staying in a cozy, beautiful home. The tasteful furniture and decorations created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining area, were spacious and well-maintained, providing ample space for me to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was impressive. With clear signage and well-maintained paths, it was easy for a senior like myself to navigate the property without any issues.
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and accommodating. A little extra patience and willingness to offer assistance would have made the stay even more enjoyable for us seniors.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and the center of town. The staff provided exceptional service, showing me to my spacious room and offering a delicious breakfast menu. The room itself was beautifully styled and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had great water pressure. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from extra towels to bath salts for the spa. I felt so pampered and relaxed during my stay here.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Well-appointed and extremely pleasant rooms, thank you for very special stay!!!
It has excellent, lovely setting, short walk to wineries in Mornington Peninsula and all the local attractions and the restaurants. There's cool Sacrebleu French Cafe relatively near the hotel, make desserts etc. Have to say I greatly enjoyed sumptuous breakfast.

The breakfast was quite good, and there was even a friendly cat to pet. the balcony had a nice view of the trees. the location was also convenient, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance.
The room was lacking in some areas. the TV sound system was inconsistent, making it hard to hear at times.

The location of this B&B is great, with easy access to the nearby beach and a lovely local café. The well-decorated rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with beautifully designed bathrooms. The breakfast served is tasty and filling. The extra touches like chocolates, newspapers, and music create a homely atmosphere.
The option to have fresh milk for tea and coffee instead of sherry and port would be appreciated.

We had an amazing new year's Eve getaway with friends. The breakfast was delicious and we especially loved the fresh fruit and local yogurt. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops and beach. We also enjoyed the little extras like the tea, coffee, and treats in the living area.
The sound proofing of the walls wasn't great, so we had to keep the TV volume low to avoid disturbing other guests. However, this was a minor issue and didn't detract from our overall positive experience.
